Please be aware that there is a problem with the telephone lines coming into the surgery and patients calls are being cut off whist in the queue. Our telephone providers are investigating the problem. We apologise for the inconvenience.

You can now order your repeat prescriptions on-line
Ask at reception how to registar its quick and easy, no more journeys to the surgery to drop off your requests you can do it any time at home or work.
Could we please ask at this busy time of year that if you have a problem that can wait a few days please call the surgery and book an appointment in advance, this means we can save the emergency appointments for patients with real on the day emergencies.
Please be aware that prescriptions will now only be processed between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday.
Any prescription requests received after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.
Please continue to allow 2 working days for your request to be completed.
If you are not housebound we request that you order repeat prescriptions online, by post or by visiting the surgery so that the phone lines are left free for patients who need medical attention.
Please be aware that we require 48 hours to process your repeat prescriptions. Any reqest handed in after 3:00pm will not start to be processed until the following day.
Any request handed in before 3:00pm on Mondaywill be ready for collection on Wednesday.
Any request handed in after3:00pm on Monday will be ready on Thursday.
Our staff will do their very best to assist you with any queries you may have, but we do not regard repeat medication issues as emergencies.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have an adequate supply of medication.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed.
