We are now well into the swing of second doses at the GP Covid vaccination service, downstairs at Saints Totally Wicked Stadium. Practice are contacting patients in date order, 11 weeks after after first vaccine date.
If you have changed your address, phone number or contact details and not informed your GP, please let them know as soon as possible. This may be a reason you have not been contacted.
If you think you should have been called for your second vaccine and haven’t yet received an SMS text message or phone call, please refer to the table below to decide if you need to be contacting your practice directly.
